And Why Operational Excellence is Changing with Industry 4.0

Operational excellence in the digital age is not about replacing established practices with new technologies. Instead, it’s about evolving these practices to harness the potential of Industry 4.0.

By understanding the synergy between strategy, Lean Six-Sigma, and Agile, we can build on top of these principles with Industry 4.0 innovations. By interviewing and researching the world's best organisations, together with my own experience (18+ years in manufacturing), I discovered that Industry 4.0 can compliment operational excellence foundations, while these foundations give us structure and direction of how to Integrate Industry 4.0 in a cost effective, structured way.

I believe this is so important that I have spent many years evolving my MBA research project together with my own practical experience into a comprehensive training programme that explores each of these steps towards operational excellence in much more detail. This programme provides the knowledge, practical frameworks and tools for organisations and consultants to follow to ensure success in this complex digital world.
